AL-LDF series
Axial angular contact ball bearings AL-LDF are ready-to-fit high precision bearings for high precision applications with combined loads. They can support radial loads, axial loads from both sides and tilting moments without clearance and are particularly suitable for bearing arrangements with high requirements for running accuracy, such as rotary tables, face plates, milling heads and reversible clamps.

Dimensions and Tolerances
The boundary dimensions of AL-LDF bearings are not standardised. ALPHA Wälzlager GmbH supplies axial angular contact ball bearings with dimensional P5 tolerance and P4 running precision in accordance to DIN 620-3 and ISO 199. Please contact our technical department to check the availability of bearings with special tolerances.
Preload
The bearings are radially and axially preloaded after fitting. Preload is dependent on the mounting fits, the geometrical accuracy of the adjacent parts, the temperature difference between the inner and outer ring, the screw tightening torque and mounting situation.
